Freshly signed on Exceptional Records, Live nu soul / funky house outfit Dekata Project return to London with a full 9 piece band. Expect the usual mix of soulful vocals, catchy hooks, sizzling horns, filthy bass lines, and a full fat rhythm section to groove you into a state of spontaneous movement. Having recently featured on Radio 1, Kiss FM, DJ Mag and as single of the week in London’s Metro, lead vocalists Neo and Yvette have also featured on the recent T-Mobile flash mob advert.

The vastly talented Sunlightsquare collective is the brainchild of pianist, producer and DJ Claudio Passavanti. With a signature sound from original vinyl releases like “I Believe In Miracles” and “Pastime Paradise” , this project has been championed by the worldʼs DJ elite with support from Gilles Peterson, Craig Charles, Tony Humphries, Pete Young, Mike Chadwick amongst the others. Fusing Afro Cuban, Soul and Rare Disco, the Sunlightsquare DJ set is already an established name of the frequencies through a weekly radio show on Innacity FM 102.5 (London).
